Friday, August 26 - Spirit Day (staff free jean day, wear blue/yellow or red/black or other LP/Red Devil shirts)

Monday – The Force Awakens (Wear PJ’s to battle the Monday blahs – please wear regular shoes, no slippers J)

Tuesday – Character Hair and Costume Day (Style your hair and dress up like any of the Star Wars characters – No masks or weapons), SUB ALERT DAY, 4th (am) & K (pm) Everyday Math Training

Wednesday – Droid Day! (Wear the colors of your favorite droid, Blue/White for R2-D2, Orange/white for BB8, Gold for C3PO), 4^th grade Hoosier Walk of Fame 12:40-1:30, SUB ALERT DAY, 5th (am) & 2nd (pm) Everyday Math Training

Thursday – Attack of the Clones (Pick a friend and dress like TWINS!), Lowell Library visits each grade level to share their summer reading program, 4^th grade Hoosier Walk of Fame 9:00-10:30, SUB ALERT DAY, 3rd (am) & 1st (pm) Everyday Math Training, Lowell Library Visit in gym (4th 8:30, 1st 8:50, 2nd 9:10, 3rd 9:30, K 9:50, 5th 10:10)

Friday – May the Fun Be with You (Wear your field day shirt, LP spirit wear or your favorite Star Wars shirt)  PAW-O-RAMA - K 9:00, 4th 9:40, 1st 10:20, 2nd 12:20, 3rd 1:00, 5th 1:40

Wednesday, May 18 – Kindergarten goes on a study trip to the Lincoln Park Zoo, Marilyn's retirement party 4:30 McVeys

Thursday, May 19 – Career Day 8:30-11:00, Girls on the Run after school

Saturday, May 21 – Girls on the Run 5K

Monday – K screening in the office, Writing Assessments this week, Girls on the Run after school

Wednesday – Fifth graders visit LMS, Third grade goes on a study trip to Museum of Science and Industry, Incoming 6^th grader Parent Night at LMS 6pm, Teacher's Mtg. 2:45

Thursday – Girls on the Run after school

Friday – Second grade goes on a study trip to Lincoln Park Zoo, Spirit Day $$$

I will be out on Monday and Tuesday this week.  I will be at a safety workshop in Indy.  I will be checking my email.

Friday, April 29 – 4^th grade on study trip to LMS for solar energy, Progress Reports sent home, Spirit Day

Tuesday – Student Treasure Books due, Let’s Build It Engineering Club after school, Railroad Mtg w/Dr. Howe 3:15 LHS Auditorium, Railroad Public Hearing 5:30pm at Lowell VFW on Morse Street

Wednesday - Spirit Day $$$ (due to Grandparent's Day)

Thursday – Book Fair opens, Grandparent’s Day (last names A-L) 8:30-10:45, Girls on the Run after school

Friday – Book Fair continues, Grandparent’s Day (last names M-Z) 8:30-10:45

The Book Fair continues through next week with the last day on Wednesday, April 20th.
